Shipping: Packages shipped Priority Mail arrive at their destination in one to three business days. This service is not guaranteed and occasionally packages take more then three days to arrive. We charge $12 for shipping and handling.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
Money Back Guarantee: If your Plumeria is dead upon arrival at your home or business. We sincerely apologize. Let us know no later then 24hrs after delivery and we’ll process a full refund for any perished or damaged plants. Contact us about dead on arrival issues using our customer service email. Pictures of perished plants are required.
